Can I place an order?
Not yet. The collection is being prepared. You can create a member account now, but products, orders, payments and inventory reservations are closed.
Where are the certificates of analysis?
The certificate page is ready for Pep Chemistry lot records. No laboratory reports have been supplied, so no results, test counts or purity claims are published.
Are the vial images final?
These are concept images using the approved holographic direction. Molecular motifs are decorative. Final label identity, net content, lot and handling information require verification.
Can I combine discount codes?
In the preview, no. The cart compares the entered valid code with automatic volume pricing and applies whichever saves more.
How does buy two, get one work?
Enter B2G1 with at least three units. For each complete group of three eligible units, the lowest-priced available unit is discounted. Six units qualify for two free units. The offer is compared against volume pricing, not stacked with it.
How do accounts work in this version?
Member accounts use ChatGPT sign-in. Your saved profile, address, cart and partner application are associated with your authenticated identity. Customer email/password login is not connected.
When will orders ship?
Shipping is not active. Warehouse origin, carriers, rates and dispatch cutoff will be confirmed before launch.
Can I begin promoting a referral code?
No. You can save a preview application, but referral codes remain inactive until the live program and product eligibility are finalized.
