This notice describes the prelaunch implementation. The final responsible business name, privacy contact, effective date, retention schedule and applicable rights process are not yet configured. It is not a completed launch privacy policy.
Information used in this preview
ChatGPT sign-in provides a site-specific user identifier and account email, and may provide a display name. If you save them, this site stores your profile fields, business address, cart quantities, selected coupon, partner application, referral attribution, reward preference and inquiry text. When ordering is connected, account records also include purchases and commissions. Affiliates see order and pseudonymous customer references for attributed purchases, not customer contact, address or payment details.
Why information is stored
Account information is used to display and save your profile and associate records with your authenticated account. Cart and coupon records preserve your selections across sessions. Partner records preserve application status. Inquiries are saved as preview drafts; no support email is sent.
Services and tracking
The site runs through OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare-hosted application storage. This build does not add advertising pixels, analytics SDKs or marketing email tools. Platform authentication and hosting may process technical request information under their own policies.
Payments and communication
No payment card information is collected by this preview. No ambassador invitations or marketing messages are sent. Do not submit medical records or other sensitive information in free-text fields.
Before public launch
Publish a verified privacy contact and retention schedule; implement applicable access, correction and deletion handling; and update disclosures for every added processor, tracking technology and communication service. No unimplemented privacy-request process is represented as working.
